As part of their RE lessons, A1 and B1 visited Ghamkol Sharif Mosque and the Peace Pagoda in Birmingham. Pupils learnt all about the five pillars of Islam, the call to prayer and enjoyed the huge chandelier in the mosque ! They then visited the Peace Pagoda where they learnt information about the Buddha, Buddhism as well as partaking in a meditation session. @ghamkol_sharifws story here.
